08:47 – Barbara left about 0740 to drive down to Winston for a doctor appointment, various shopping errands, a haircut, and lunch with a friend. I expect her back late this afternoon, so it’ll be wild women and parties for Colin and me until she returns.
Colonial’s estimate that they’ll have Pipeline One back in full service by the end of this week is looking more and more questionable with each passing day. The morning paper ran a headline that says the pipeline is still burning. After they get the fire out, they need to let it cool before they can even inspect it, let alone repair it. Unless they’ve spent this week building a bypass, I can’t see any way it’ll be back up by the day after tomorrow.
The timing of this event is very different from the one a couple months ago. In the earlier failure, the problem didn’t hit the news for ten days after the actual failure. That meant that the fuel still in the pipeline had time to reach the tank farm in Greensboro and the pipe itself was empty. This time, the break hit the news just a couple of days after the actual failure, so there’s still fuel in the pipe, still being delivered to the tank farm. That means distribution from the farm to gas stations has continued pretty much normally. Some gas stations are reporting sporadic delivery issues, but basically gas stations are still open and still selling fuel. The crunch will really hit around the 10th of this month, when resupply goes down completely. It looks to me as though analysts’ initial estimates that fuel delivery won’t be resumed until the late November through mid-December period were probably spot-on. It’s like watching a train wreck from orbit. It hasn’t happened yet, but you know it’s going to happen and there’s not a thing you can do about it. I suspect things are going to really start to bite just after Election Day. Just what we need.
Meanwhile, the election looms. Depending on the results, over the few days following the election we may see anything from business as usual to widespread violent civil unrest in the cities. If Clinton “wins”, I would expect little to no violence; if Trump wins, all bets are off. But the main point is that no matter which of the candidates is declared the winner, half the country will not accept the results. If it’s Trump declared winner, the progs, BLMers, and so on may be out in force, looting and burning. If it’s Clinton, things will be calmer in the short term, but don’t discount the burning resentment present in tens of millions of well-armed Trump supporters. No matter what happens on Tuesday, we’ll all wake up Wednesday morning to a very dangerous situation. Either way, it won’t take much to blow the lid off. We’re about as ready as we can be here to hunker down and watch the game. Are you ready wherever you are?
In terms of last-minute preps, Barbara is picking up some food at Costco today if she has time to make the stop. She’ll fill her gas tank when she gets back up to Sparta. Mine is already full. I have 15 more pounds of pasta and egg noodles on order with Walmart, which is due to arrive Monday. I also have a 400W off-grid solar power starter kit on order from Amazon, also due to arrive Monday. Other than that, we’ll just sit back and watch what happens next week.
Gas prices up about 20 cents a gallon in the larger AO up here so far. No lines or mayhem at the pumps yet, though. But as RBT says, this could get dicey around the middle to end of this month. We were basically lied to again about the seriousness of the situation with the cooperation of the MSM, per usual.
Are we ready for stuff? I’m not overly worried about power outages just yet but will continue to load in three-packs of water in gallons and lobby for a generator. And this week and continuing, I’ll beef up, haha, our food supply accordingly, and I’ve begun better organization of ammo, lights, batteries, lamps and lanterns, etc. I suspect we may not be as affected by negative events in this AO like peeps will in and near the big cities, but who knows, really; something may pop up that we had no clue about and are badly surprised.
I also suspect something or other is very likely to occur to blow the lid off in this country between now and mid-winter, and could come from any source.
If you are right, I hope Colonial is preparing to use the other pipeline to carry gasoline and every other liquid petroleum product.
If they are then people who heat with oil should think about having their tank topped off before election day.
There’s a whole lot that could be said about this article.
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3896784/U-S-militia-girds-trouble-presidential-election-nears.html
Most people here can probably see the bias, the bad information, the hidden assumptions, and the bad choices from a mile away.
In particular, I want to point out the characterization of the Oathkeepers as a “paramilitary group.” Given the nature of members, all sworn military or LEO, it would be hard to be anything else really. They profess the wacky idea that “Hitler could have been stopped if German soldiers and police had refused to follow orders.”
While I personally think they’ll just continue to follow orders, the IDEA that they might not is at least worth encouraging.
I’ll add only that, like appearing on a ‘prepper’ TV show, talking to reporters and TV about your militia involvement is supremely stupid.
nick
I made a small fat, water and protein run to Costco. Still need to stock up on paper products and definitely need more water. Still want more stuff, but we are better prepared than before I made the Costco run.
Couple with weaponsman’s article on confiscation:

You are on SOMEONE’S list. Might just be the neighbor that doesn’t like you putting your trash cans out early. Things get sporty, private scores ALWAYS get settled.
Stay alert, get your stuff under cover.

Gas prices here are about where the prices were a week ago. No lines, everyone has fuel. Basically nothing has changed.
You are on SOMEONE’S list
That should be plural. If you count the government it could be a couple dozen lists.
Around here it is not too bad as most of the people are rednecks. Every once in awhile someone gets shot and killed and they really did get what they deserved. Most own guns, multiple guns. Most hunt for sport and fish for fun. Only place it gets dicey is up a couple of back roads where there are known stills. Those fellows get nervous unless they know you or someone can vet you.
Yeah, it hasn’t been all that long since “Your honor, he needed killing” was a valid plea in much of the South.
Re: stills/meth labs
Up here, we’re not all that far from Copperhead Road.
“The Southern Poverty Law Center estimates there were 276 active militias last year, up from 42 in 2008””
Now there’s an unbiased and objective source.
I know that if I organized a militia force up here I’d sure wanna run right down and be interviewed on the Burlap tee-vee stations where I could talk about it all and introduce fellow warriors for God and Country. From my last couple of years of being in contact with some of these peeps, I think I could count on there being spies, government agents, and other such trash in my group and associated groups. Count on it.
And then, like Mr. Nick says, when things get dicey, some of your neighbors might get to be a problem, ’cause you piss them off somehow, and here’s their chance. So when the PriceChopper store shelves have been empty for a few weeks, don’t set up your Weber Genesis in the driveway and start flipping steaks and burgers, while the stereo is blasting your fave tunes in the house.
Of course this can lead to us isolating ourselves, too; we ain’t gonna survive long all alone and barricaded behind the gates and alarms and guns.
So now you just need some batteries and a sine wave inverter. Actually you really should get a couple of fuse holders and fuses as well. You may want heavier gauge wire as well.
No mention of spies or informers here, but some basic FYI:
http://www.patrickhenrysociety.com/fashionable-three-percenter/
And this is good here, at least:
“Band together with your neighbors and make a solid plan for what’s coming. Work within your community. Train in every discipline you can think of, and then train some more. Test yourself; have someone drop you off and see if you can get home—without getting spotted by surveillance cameras and without taking your phone. Be an individual agitator. Be a mole. Engage in all manner of things that further the cause in subversive ways—many of them are even legal! Set up a listening post to find out what’s going on in your area. Know your AO—and I don’t mean the forest you have your FTXs in. You do not need a label to do any of this. Why put on the yellow armband yourself? Why openly identify as something that has become so perverted, so infiltrated, so completely overtaken with people who are morally bankrupt? Why be associated by default with people you already don’t trust and don’t agree with?”
Get outta the house, like I’m always telling my brother to do when he’s complaining about the wife and kids and bills and repairs; learn your AO and local infrastructure. Who ARE your neighbors? Who lives in that cul-de-sac of split-levels a couple of blocks away? Or the trailer park? Who lives in that big old house on the hill with the sloping lawns and nice landscaping? What’s your radio reception like at your house and how great is YOUR listening experience? What’s going on with the cops and EMS and highway department and railroad and airport?
And don’t be buying a buncha mil-spec, veteran, gun, and threeper stickers for your cah or truck or “morale” patches for your go-bags that signal any of this chit; leave off the cammies, too, unless you’re going turkey hunting in-season with a hunting license to do so. We don’t have to go total gray-man, like some advocate; there’s room for individuality and standing out a little bit. Hell, some of us can’t help standing out somewhat. If that’s the case, try to tone it down a little. I haven’t, much; still well over six feet and 245 pounds with long hair and beard, but around here that’s not too noticeable. In Boston, Cambridge, or NYC? Ha. Like Gulliver in rags visiting Lilliput where they all wear the latest fashions and walk around in traffic glued to their pixels.
“So now you just need some batteries and a sine wave inverter. Actually you really should get a couple of fuse holders and fuses as well. You may want heavier gauge wire as well.”
Solar is kinda outta the picture for us up here; we may have bettah luck with a windmill and I may even get yet another green light for that at some point. We get some hellacious wind here, and there’s almost always a steady breeze, even in summah.
I’m sure there are numerous State and local ordinances against a windmill.
I’m guessing that Bob will go with a 2KW Sine Wave inverter which I think is about the point where you really want to start considering 24 Volt instead of 12 Volt.
I don’t expect there to be too much problem on election day. Maybe a few sporadic incidents here and there (some under false flag) egged on by the media if it seems good for ratings. I am prepared for problems if they happen. That’s the point of being a prepper, isn’t it?
Sadly, I do think the Clinton machine has this election locked up. Enough people in this country want what she is offering and completely ignore what she represents. The Dem supporters where I work don’t believe that anything negative about Clinton is true. Yet they believe every single negative rumor about Trump. I’ve tried to bring up serious issues of policy (Russian troops on the Estonian border, no-fly zones in Syria, China vs Japan in the South China Sea) that the US president will have to make some very hard decisions on and I get only the “Trump is a jerk” type of response. Go figure. I work with very smart people, but partisanship wins out over reason. Lately I just quietly walk out of the lunch room when the political talk starts.
I voted this morning. I selected what I believe was the lesser of the 4 evils for the presidential race; the one least likely to do harm to me. It’s meaningless since this state always goes for the Dem candidate. I was more interested in some of the local elections and ballot questions. My local rep has come out strongly in favor gun owners while the state AG is trying to completely gut the 2nd amendment in MA.
We live in a nascent police state. Regardless of who wins any of these elections I think it will become more policey and more statey as time goes on. Alas. Now I’m just depressing myself.
“So now you just need some batteries and a sine wave inverter. Actually you really should get a couple of fuse holders and fuses as well. You may want heavier gauge wire as well.”
Yeah, the starter kit is just that. A start.
I always prioritize the most important components. With this kit, I’ll have four 100W panels and a charge controller. If the kit arrives Monday and the SHTF Tuesday, I won’t have yet purchased any batteries, an inverter, or other components, but I could make do with car batteries and true-sinewave inverters from some spare on-line UPSes I have lying around. I have 50 feet of 4-gauge copper wire lying around as well, and I’m sure I could cobble together a working system with enough power to drive our well pump just with what I already have.
I’ll address these things as I go along, with the Good Enough Principle always in mind. For example, the PWM charge controller that comes with the kit is GE as my first charge controller. I’ll probably buy another starter kit before too long, and I’ll order that one with an MPPT charge controller. That’ll end up being my primary, with the PWM controller stored in a Faraday cage, or maybe vice versa. And probably the second four 100W panels stored in that cage as well.
Right now, I’m just getting started with solar, but I appreciate how little I know. For instance, I know that there are different types of deep-cycle batteries out there, from standard lead-acid to lithium, with a huge price range and different upsides and downsides. ITIK that standard LA deep-cycle batteries are the cheapest per AH, and that their major downsides are that they require venting and frequent maintenance. That’s fine. I can vent the storage area, and I have both distilled water and reagent-grade sulfuric acid on hand. I plan to buy a pair of 115 AH LA Exide batteries at Home Depot, at $99 each. A pair, because I want the option to run 24V.
I always keep in mind that preparedness is a journey, not a destination. Whether TSHTF a week from now or ten years from now, I’ll have regrets–things I’ll wish I’d done.
For your usage, I’d put two of those as the absolute minimum for your system regardless of 12V or 24V. You never want to drain lead acid batteries below 50% of capacity, because that will shorten battery life.
Update: By shorter battery life I mean shorten the battery life in terms of charge discharge cycles.
“…and I get only the “Trump is a jerk” type of response. Go figure. I work with very smart people, but partisanship wins out over reason. Lately I just quietly walk out of the lunch room when the political talk starts.”
Ditto up here. “Trump is an asshole,” “Trump is a jerk,” “Trump is dangerous and he scares the shit outta me.” Etc. Point out the long list of Clinton/Cankles Crime Family information, that is, if you have a free afternoon or evening to do it for a few hours, and get a blank stare, blown off, or an explosion of rage in your face. “It’s all lies!” “Where do you GET that stuff??” Etc. After a while you realize there’s no fucking reasoning with these people, and it hurts like a mofo when it’s your own family; WTF is WRONG with them??? They’re NOT STUPID!
“It’s meaningless since this state always goes for the Dem candidate.”
Been like that since I was a kid down there; even the Repubs acted and voted like Dems. And a pernicious nest of corruption and filth from the lowest to the highest levels. Howie Carr did major work uncovering a lot of it and it’s amazing he hasn’t actually been shot or blown up by now; maybe too much visibility for the riff-raff to handle by now.
“…while the state AG is trying to completely gut the 2nd amendment in MA.”
Is that fugly commie bitch still at it? She’s a prime candidate, like the former AG Coakley, for a noose when the counter-revolution wins out.
“We live in a nascent police state. Regardless of who wins any of these elections I think it will become more policey and more statey as time goes on.”
Agreed; not even Trump winning could stop the Big Mo toward our Orwellian police state; but like I’ve said here many times, they can only keep that ball in the air so long as the money doesn’t run out for their cops and troops. It’s a big house of cards that could fall any day. Or if the Grid goes down; no juice for all the computers and databases and commo. The major threat I see is the Clinton Crime Family fuckers lighting off a world war with nukes if it means them holding onto power and wealth along with the ruling regime that runs them, at ANY cost.
Meanwhile let’s see what happens with all those NYPD email revelations and the pedophile rings and enslaved child networks that they’ve been involved in for YEARS. If the Dem voters we know in our lives also know THIS information and yet STILL vote for her, then what hope is there for them?
“I always keep in mind that preparedness is a journey, not a destination.”
Like also ordering up spare parts and config-specific toolz for when those parts and toolz ain’t made anymore.

You’d have to be an idiot to touch the EXTREMELY OBVIOUS blades on this sign, and if you did without looking you’d have more cuts than this bozo has.
I remind everyone, no matter how satisfying it would be, boobytraps are illegal in the US. Partly this is because the poachers that started this country hated them from Merry Old’… and partly because they deny the perp his right to a trial by jury.
So keep that in mind.
n
Yes, thanks. I’m not sure if those batteries ship dry or filled, but if the former I’ll probably not fill them until I actually need them. I’m trying to size things so that 25% will give me what I need, and being conservative otherwise.
For example, I’m counting on an average of 3 hours/day of full sun, which’d yield 1200 W/hrs per day from a 400W array. In reality, NC has an average of 4 to 4.5 hours of full sun a day, which’d boost raw output to 1600 to 1800 W/hrs per day. But I’ll go with 1200 W/hrs per day generated at the panels, and assume that only 50% of that will be usable after line and charging losses, DC-to-AC conversion, and so on. That leaves me with 600 W/hrs per day usable, which is enough to run our well pump for just under half an hour per day. That’s probably longer than it runs now with normal water consumption. In an emergency, we could get by with much less, probably 200 to 300 W/hrs per day to run the well pump.
With two 115-A/hr batteries, I can store about 1400 W/hrs, so we could go at least a few days without sunlight and still not run the batteries down below 50%.
You are on SOMEONE’S list. Might just be the neighbor that doesn’t like you putting your trash cans out early. Things get sporty, private scores ALWAYS get settled.
In Florida, during the real estate bubble, I had my life threatened over *sod*.
If you have to live in an HOA and your grass isn’t emerald green, keep the prepping and gun buying activities to yourself, even if you think the neighbors are like minded and/or sympathetic. You never know who has a fetish about properly maintained St. Augustine.
We live in a police state already. Constant surveillance, extra judicial killing, trial in the media (wholly owned propaganda arm), militarized police force, asset forfeiture (better called asset theft), unequal enforcement, ruling cabal of hereditary leaders, what more are you expecting?
WRT willful blindness- the vehemence of their response hints that they KNOW in their hearts you are right. But to admit that out loud means abandoning their own deeply held beliefs about how the world works, and all the baggage of their relationship to you. My FIL forex, can not admit I might be right about anything political, without accepting that I might be right about ALL of it. His world view could not survive that, so he defends the indefensible. Kinda like a battered wife….
“pedophile rings and enslaved child networks”– this is what the open borders, pro-illegal immigrant morons don’t get. There is a MASSIVE problem with child sex, human trafficking, sex slavery, and sexual exploitation that is part and parcel with illegal immigration. I care some that Pedro (and 40 friends) are messing up the park while they wait for day labor, I care MORE that they’re fucking kids who have been smuggled up and enslaved to satisfy their perversion right here in the USA. Or kids from here who are snatched and enslaved.

It’s funny how Libturdians scream that tRump has no chance of winning. Yet, many polls have him ahead, tied or in the margin of error. We all know Dumbocrat polling skews towards Dumbocrats. I believe tRump has a fair chance to win. The keyword being “fair”. Wikileaks has shown conclusively the Clinton Crime Machine has rigged the election.
Game over, man, game over.
I’m hoping for a crushing victory. A true ‘mandate’.
I dread the ego stroking it will give T, but to see hillarity vindicated would be too much.

My nephew is in town. He’s a cop in Laredo, TX. He says they average 500 lbs of coke a week and “bales” of weed. He said their property room alone has so much weed waiting to be burned, they made tables and chairs out of it and play cards on breaks. That’s just the local huckleberries. The Feds don’t even deal with any coke 500 lbs or under. He caught 300 lbs of coke himself just before he came here. So much for the “war on drugs (read that with the echo effect)”.
My 400W solar system puts out 1.2kWh on a sunny summer day here at good ol’ latitude 42. A bright sunny day about a week ago gave me a little over 0.8kWh. If memory serves I could got ~0.6kWh on a full sun day late December.
It’s not just latitude that affects the average output. For example, Renogy has a PDF that lists average full sun/day in all 50 states. In general, the farther south and west you are in the US, the more sun you can expect per day, but weather varies from place to place, as does altitude. Renogy says NC averages 4 to 4.5 hours of full sun per day, but that varies from place to place in NC. I’d guess that Sparta, at 3000 feet elevation, averages closer to the 4.5 hours/day and Winston-Salem, down at about 800 feet, averages closer to the 4 hours/day.
I’m hoping that the Trump enthusiasm factor plays a part. My state is unlikely to go Red, but one can hope. There are certainly enough folks fired up in the hinterlands, and the Clinton (lack of) enthusiasm is fairly obvious.
In my daily travels the only place where my sign-count polling* ever goes Clinton+ is the inner city, and even that is sometimes evened out on some streets. Usual commute is Trump+5 regardless of route. One evening was Trump +35. I have had 3 of my 30+ “polls” with Clinton+.
*On any trip, keep a running count of signs. Ignore Obama signs, Romney signs, and signs that have been altered.
“Alabama pipeline blast sparks worries about South gas prices”
http://www.pennenergy.com/articles/pennenergy/2016/11/gas-prices-alabama-pipeline-blast-sparks-worries-about-south-gas-prices.html
“The accident happened when a dirt-moving track hoe struck the pipeline, ignited gasoline and sparked a blast Monday, killing one worker and injuring five others, Georgia-based Colonial Pipeline said.”
“The explosion happened a few miles from where the Colonial pipeline sprung a leak and spilled 252,000 to 336,000 gallons of gasoline in September. After the leak, the company used one of Colonial’s two main lines to move gasoline as it made repairs, but it still led to days of dry pumps and higher gas prices in Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee and the Carolinas while repairs were made.”
“The pipeline provides nearly 40 percent of the region’s gasoline and usually runs at or near full capacity. Together Colonial’s two lines carry more than 2 million barrels of fuel a day.” Two million barrels is 84 million gallons at 42 gallons per barrel.
The east coast is running all gasoline sources (pipelines, tankers, etc) at full capacity all the time. That is the product of shutting down all ? most ? of the refineries on the east coast as they have been turned into tank farms due to state regulatory actions and inability to upgrade the refinery efficiency. They can never be totally shutdown as they are all superfund sites due to gasoline in the ground water under the refinery. And building any new pipelines is a minimum of $10 million per mile of pipe. Plus three to ten years of extreme regulatory hassles as the legal fees pass the cost of the pipe.
Good luck over there. This will continue to occur and will get worse. You might want to get old 500 gallon propane tanks and fill them with gasoline. Don’t forget the Stabil.
https://www.goldeagle.com/product/sta-bil-fuel-stabilizer
ADDED: And if buying any gasoline for long term storage, try to get it without ethanol. The ethanol will separate from the gasoline in about a month. Your engine will not run well on the ethanol unless you have a “dual fuel engine”.

“Same Candidates, Different Worlds”
http://blog.dilbert.com/post/152685424531/same-candidates-different-worlds
“Last night I was comparing campaign coverage on CNN and FOX News. It was like seeing two different realities.”
“On FOX, the big news is that the FBI is not only investigating the Weiner laptop emails, but separately the FBI has a major investigation about the Clinton Foundation. I watched Trump surrogate Rudy Giuliani – who knows a thing or two about prosecutions – explain the money-laundering-bribery crimes the Clinton Foundation has allegedly committed. In other words, if you only watch FOX News, you might believe Clinton is the head of a crime organization that just got caught, and therefore she has no chance of winning the presidency.”
“Now switch to CNN.”
“CNN is temporarily a comedy network because it is hilarious to watch them avoid mentioning Clinton while pretending to cover a race that allegedly involves two candidates. They talked about process. They talked about Republican voter suppression. They talked about Trump. But they don’t say much about Clinton. On CNN, what matters most is putting the messengers on trial. CNN pundits accuse the Russians of stealing DNC emails to influence the election. They accuse the Director of the FBI of announcing stuff he shouldn’t announce. On CNN, Clinton has a solid lead in the electoral college and she is likely to be our next president.”
Folks, Hillary has sold USA secrets to other countries in the World. This is bad, very very bad. And she may have even sold the Department of State encryption software to other countries. This means that any communications with our embassies has been compromised. Very, very bad.

As usual, I got it wrong. My son said that Hillary was selling secrets, not software. He said that we have three general classifications of secret programs: secret, top secret, and special access. In order to get special access, you “must have a need to know” and “eyes only”. All this stuff is apparently compartmentalized also.
Anyway, special access secrets are things like which missile silos have working missiles and where is the 1st division going to be next month. He says that she was selling a lot of secrets such as these items and many, many more. Plus future access, when she is president.
So I figure, Obola is going to pardon Hillary, Huma, Weiner, Bill, Podesta, and Chelsea before he leaves office. Then once Hillary becomes president, she will pardon Obola.
Massive conspiracy theories here. Massive.
Doesn’t running a vehicle around mix them up again?
Depends how much water the ethanol has absorbed. The more water, the quicker the ethanol and gasoline separate.

I agree. I see the election of Hillary as hastening the USA to one or more civil wars.
If the BLM comes to my neighborhood, they will get shot. Too many rednecks with lots of guns in the suburbs surrounding Houston. I doubt the Progs will be out, their modus operandi is to knife people in the back from extreme cover.

“I mean, this is bombshell stuff that happened yesterday in this campaign and in this country. It’s bombshell stuff, and you will not find a syllable of it anywhere in the mainstream media. It started with McCarthy’s column yesterday: “The Clinton Emails Are Critical to the Clinton Foundation Investigation.” What we have learned, ladies and gentlemen, is that the Clinton Foundation is actually the focus. There are two FBI investigations. They are running in tandem, and they should have been one investigation from the get-go.”
“But we didn’t know until recently — like this week or late last week — that there was a serious investigation of the Clinton Foundation. We were of the opinion that the investigation into her email server had bled over and had caused attention to be focused on the foundation. But, no. The foundation is its own investigation, and for specific pay-for-play reasons. Have the Clintons been selling United States foreign policy? Have the Clintons been engaging in pay-for-play? Meaning: You pay them and they’ll play ball with you by giving you policy considerations or what have you.”
Just a few more days and we’ll know a few things. Absolutely anything at all can happen now.
I think RBT is mostly right; if she gets “elected” things will muddle along for a while longer but the underlying seething and burning resentment, anger, and bitterness will continue to grow, and just about anything could blow the lid off finally. She is also not likely to survive her first year, by various indications health-wise, so there’s that, plus the possibility of impeachment and criminal proceedings While In Office. Like Pat Buchanan says, another Watergate, only worse, and do we really want another one of those?
And if Trump gets in, the progs and SJWs will go ballistic and get very busy agitating the BLM and FSA mobs and inciting more mass unrest and violence, mainly in the cities.
Meanwhile we’ve got potential gas and oil fuel disruptions on the way during the Holiday Season and the real possibility of more lone-wolf terror attacks, which will “justify” the continued consolidation of our burgeoning police state. If it gets bad enough, peeps here will gladly sign off on more loss of liberty and eventually beg on their knees for public order. But a lot of others are getting fed up with the whole mess and likely to resist much more violently. It’s a big ol’ pot waiting to boil over at any time.
I love the new Dumbocrat mantra: “Cankles: you don’t have to like her to vote for her” “Cankles: yes she’s dishonest, but so are you”. lol! you can’t make this stuff up. Vote for lying, thug, criminal Cankles, because tRump is launching nukes the minute he is sworn in. Unbelieveable.
And fukstik Odooshnoozle: Only a handful of people on ObolaCare have seen their premiums go up. lol! Lie right to our gobs you fuck!
Sen. Ben Sasse sums up Odooshnoozles lies about ObolaCare.
“US average fuel economy at record high of 24.8 mpg”
CAFE is supposed to be 54.5 MPG, more than double that, by 2025. That’s only 10 years.
Don’t worry about gas pipelines and supply long term. In 10 years, we won’t be able to afford cars.

That CAFE number is totally fake. You take the real gas mileage and then add several “correction” factors. For instance, if your vehicle can burn E85 (85% ethanol, 15% gasoline) then you get to add 4 mpg to your CAFE. Etc and so forth.
What is going to happen is that all vehicles will turn into hybrids. Ford’s new 2018 truck next August will have a dual turbo V6, a ten speed automatic, and a stop-start system. The 2020 ??? Ford trucks will be total hybrids, capable of 60+ mph for 10+ miles on pure electric.
And for cost sensitive people, there is the Nissan Leaf. Gets 135 mpge and the new version can go 200 miles per charge for $37K. Nissan just sold their 100,000 Leaf.

Cankles: “I was in NYC during 9/11…
CNN: “Uh, she sort of misled us. She was still in DC”
tRump: “We’ll build a wall and Mexico will pay for it.”
CNN: “Fukstik tRump wants to kill all Mexicans. Then he’ll blow up the world. He must DIE!”
lol! Boobus Americanus believes this shit.
Game over, man, game over.
They certainly will. And I have lists of my own.
Only a handful of people on ObolaCare have seen their premiums go up
And I am one of those. Premiums for my wife will go from $731 a month to over $1,000 a month.
Now if I was a worthless piece of scum that wanted to sit in a chair all day smoking and drinking while living on the government dole my rates would be about $50 a month. Those are the people to which Obuttwad is talking about as those are the people to which he relates, the losers of society.
“They certainly will. And I have lists of my own.”
Ditto. Not neighbors, though.
“Now if I was a worthless piece of scum that wanted to sit in a chair all day smoking and drinking while living on the government dole my rates would be about $50 a month.”
That’s the level they’re trying to drive us all down to, but the catch-22 will be that by the time we get there, the freebies and free money will have run out.
One good thing, though; even if that fugly commie piece of shit gets into the WH, she’s not likely to last long and in any case millions of us out here will be redoubling our efforts and our resistance and millions more finally wising the fuck up.
When Mr. and Mrs. Boobus Americanus start feeling the Big Hurt kick in good and hard, they’ll wise up; for many, of course, it will be way too late.
Has MrAtoz been playing with his drones again?

AUTOSTARTS and ANNOYING LOUD MUSIC!!
But well worth the watch nonetheless…
“Gun designer Mark Serbu shows you how to make the GB-22, a .22 caliber pistol which has only 4 parts and can be made at home using only simple tools. Plans are now available! Click here: http://www.serbustuff.com/products/gb… The plans set shows you how to build the GB-22 with a pinned-on barrel and a 3-piece slide which is screwed together. Much easier for the home builder!”
A pistol you can make at home, for less than $25, and then turn in at a gun buyback to make money to buy a better pistol with…..
And a better Liberator than the Liberator….
n
Several ways now available to also make various rifles and semi-auto pistols at home or wherever, sans ID info, like pesky data such as serial numbers, manufacturer, etc. or registering it/them.
Could be a useful skill post-“election” and/or SHTF.
Good short wave reception on the low bands tonight. Stuff is coming in strong and clean like commercial am radio.

It’s already past noon on Friday here, and I’m eagerly waiting to see if the promises from Anonymous are true. The second message rather strongly implies tomorrow (Saturday) as the day the release begin.
If this isn’t just BS, it may be an exciting weekend.
If this isn’t just BS, it may be an exciting weekend.
I call BS.
So the former Murkan gummint official was allegedly killed trying to leave the country or something, after providing pictures, etc., of the Clinton Crime Family’s activities. OK, we shall see, I guess.
And if not BS, the response will be:
“At this point, what does it matter?”
And the progs, SJWs, and Boobus Vaginus Americanus will vote for her anyway. Not only a liar, thief, war criminal and traitor, but a child molester and rape enabler and accessory.
Somebody remind me how bad Hitler’s early career was by comparison. Or Lenin’s. Or Stalin’s. Or the Castro brothers’. Or Mao’s.
My question is why release this information so late in the election. Perhaps the purpose is to throw the country into turmoil. If Cankles is elected, then prosecuted, the USA will be the laughing stock of the world. If it is damning information, it should have been put out a month ago.
I agree with Mr. Ray and call BS. Anonymous like to toot it’s own horn.
None of the resident fems have voted so far. MrsAtoz made some rumblings yesterday, but we went out to bingo and steaks instead. She’s off to Cleveland today and back Sunday morning. Early voting ends today. Haha! The Atoz “Plan of Obfuscation and FUD” seems to be working. Who wants to go vote on election day with all those filthy Humans?
“Who wants to go vote on election day with all those filthy Humans?”
Me. I wanna see my local AO turnout. And interrogate the staffers on hand, usually at least 150 years old.
Like Pat Buchanan said, we could hab ourselves another damn Watergate mess, dragging on for months, if not years. With a “Repub” Congress and maybe half the MSM becoming turncoats and howling for blood. Prince Vlad will be laughing his ass off. And the rage will continue to build, as once again, and continuing, half the country is outraged, and the other half is outraged at our outrage. Should make for a boffo Holiday Season, what with all that and pending fuel shortages.
My plan is to keep watching and listening and building up the household here and to keep learning stuff.
Watergate was nothing compared to the Clinton mess. Stealing the list of women the Democrats were paying to entertain high rollers and covering up the crime pales in comparison to the pay for play of the Clinton Foundation and the placing of classified information in jeopardy by running a private email server.
“Watergate was nothing compared to the Clinton mess.”
Oh, agreed 1,000%. And Pat hasn’t even mentioned the child abuse accusations.

Also the FY2016 deficit figures: officially the deficit was $500 billion. Strangely, the total federal debt rose by $1.4 trillion.
Just a tiny bit of window dressing involved, nothing to get excited about…
One point. Aleister Crowley wasn’t a Satanist. He founded Thelema, a pseudo-Wiccan pagan religion.

I’ve been wondering about that myself. Something does not jibe here.

When I read what the “paint” consisted of, I realized that lady is truly fucked up.
“Who wants to go vote on election day with all those filthy Humans?”
40% of the registered voters in Fort Bend County have early voted and that does not include Thursday or Friday (today) voting. People are anxious to vote around here but Texas is a “leans Republican” state. I wonder what the early voting is like in the blue states.

Looks like a tossup to me. Given the the dumbocrats supposedly have a great GOTV (get out the vote) team and that the redumlicans do not, I still think that Hillary is going to win. Then we will get four years of utter conflict between the three branches of government.
Hitler was pretty good as an enlisted man in the German army. Hitlery, by comparison, has demonstrated competence at nothing.
